Why are so many people in the world trying to leave their life to see what else there is? Trying to mold their personalities to fit the context. There will always be you following you and you can't escape yourself no matter where you go and who you try to be. Being ourselves is what our creator intended for us to do. Being you at your full potential is better than being like someone else at second best.

If anyone is interested in picking up a new novel to read, Running with Scissors is one of the best I've read. I normally read sappy love story novels as they are pathetically my favorite. However, I decided to go out of my comfort zone and try something new. I am only half way through this book and I'm not sure where its going or if it will actually go anywhere, buts its just really wacky and different (for me anyways). I guess its actually the author's memoir, which is why its even better. Its always fun to read about a different generation than my own and how they grew up. I'm sure some of you can relate to this time period better than I can and all I have to say to that is !Lucky!
