I love MBT Shoes These shoes have been my passion for years now. I bought my first pair about three years ago and have been a fan ever since. When first learning about Masai Barefoot Technology, I was intrigued by the concept of the walking shoe design. It is suppose to mimic walking like the Kenyans do. Actually, the developer of this shoe got the concept while watching the Kenyans, specifically the Masai tribe, walking around. He saw how upright they were, and how good their posture was. MBT Shoes have been a blessing for me. I had a lot of trouble with back pain and my posture was hunched over. As soon as I put these sneakers on, I instantly noticed a difference. I felt more upright and my back pain started to go away. Like I said, I've been wearing them now for three years and I feel better then ever.
