G'day all

Signing up is always the fast and easy part. Content and customization always seems to take a few more steps.

Currently I am pre-occupied writing a CV and letter of interest for the job I currently do, and have had temporarily for four years, in order to keep the job on a permanent basis. Update your resumé on a regular basis! Figuring out what you really do, and how to put it into words on two pages, is harder when you are sitting in the shadow of a firm deadline. Hopefully the default page displayed now will not be here for very long. (Feel free to pester me about it. I can be shamed out of procrastination.)

Thanks to everyone that sent me a welcoming hello. Mitch Keeler, thru Lockergnome, said there was a "real sense of community" here. I can understand why he would think that.
