Hi Recedo,

Ok, first go to the 'design my profile' section in your account. Scroll all the way to the bottom and copy&paste the css I provided below into the large css text box. Then update your profile and view your page. It should move your nav down 50px and remove the grey borders.

The borders are in the #main div
Also a helpful hint is to view the page source of your profile, at the top you will see the embedded css that you have created.
